Like many others, I’ve struggled with my physical, mental, and emotional health—much of it tied to lingering childhood conditioning and the pressures of our modern world. Over the past decade, I’ve dedicated myself to uncovering the root causes of my personal programming.

During this process, I found myself drawn to natural cycles and the power of the four elements as key pillars in my wellness journey. Through trial and exploration, I’ve developed what could be considered a “Mandala-like Mind Map”—essentially a frequency signature of my thoughts and feelings that serves as a guide in my daily life. It’s not an overnight cure-all, but it provides me with a foundation to stay grounded and maintain clarity, helping me take my next steps with confidence and purpose.

I use the writing practice I developed—like a daily meditation—to project my clearest intentions (Thought and Feeling) into the quantum field, bringing me closer to a balanced state and my desired reality. It’s been a deeply transformative process.

Thank you for asking to know more—I am always looking to share it with someone whose expertise and approach resonates strongly with mine.

Thank you for offering your insights through your Substack and beyond. Your work is encouraging, and I appreciate how you champion holistic approaches to health and well-being as I hope to inspire others to do the same.

Warm regards,

Cheryl Crow

Wow, interesting. I once took a class similar to this. I forget the name but it was some kind of neurographics art class. I loved it and I can see how it can be very powerful.
